Des mesures sont alors \u00e0 prendre pour faire face aux probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ajustements des conditions de travail peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s simples, \u00e9conomiques et pourtant particuli\u00e8rement efficaces ! L&rsquo;entreprise a une obligation l\u00e9gale de les envisager.
